NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED Existing locs are shampooed, hydrated Conditioned & new growth is tightened by rolling each loc between palms of hands and styled. $145 & up for locs that are shoulder length or longer or more than 80 Locs New clients require a consultation.

Cancellation Policy

All Retainers/Deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer/deposit of $25 for services that are $50-$100 and $35 for services that are $100 and up DEPOSIT REQUIRED in order to SECURE appointment and will be credited towards your TOTAL. MAKE PAYMENT VIA CASHAPP $MUADERAEE OR ZELLE OR QUICKPAY AT MUADERAEE@GMAIL.COM. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify MUA Deraee LLC a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service. This does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows, or clients missing an appointment due to lateness. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice once. Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PRIOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Deposit is non-refundable Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the service time. If a cancellation is done outside of that window 50% of the appointment will be charged. If cancelled on same day, 100% of the appointment will be charged. This is also for Covid. If you show up same day and can’t be serviced due to CDC regulations. ***LATE FEE*** 10minutes @ $20.00 This fee applies if the client does not show up 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment. After 20 minutes the appointment will be cancelled.
