Cancellation Policy

All Retainers/Deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer/deposit of $25 for services that are $50-$100 and $35 for services that are $100 and up DEPOSIT REQUIRED in order to SECURE appointment and will be credited towards your TOTAL. If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify MUA Deraee LLC a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that your deposit can be credited to your next service. This does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows, or clients missing an appointment due to lateness. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice once. Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PRIOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Deposit is non-refundable Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the service time. If a cancellation is done outside of that window 50% of the appointment will be charged.
